Our Values

We support and accompany. At Perspectiva Plus AG, the focus is on appreciation, trust and practical solutions that are specifically tailored to the needs of children, young people and adults on the autism spectrum. Our aim is not only to impart knowledge, but also to master the challenges in the school environment.
In our work, we strive to work closely with schools, teachers, parents and other educational institutions. Our partnerships are aimed at deepening understanding and skills in dealing with autism spectrum disorders by opening up new perspectives with practical training and individual training opportunities.
Perspectiva Plus AG stands for comprehensive support in the field of autism. Our team of experienced, empathetic professionals not only educate autistic individuals, but also build confidence. We believe in the strengths of each individual and work to create an inclusive and supportive environment.

Our Team

Vreni Wetzel and Elisha Jay Fringer got to know each other through various projects at a secondary school in the Zurich area. Since then, they have been a reliable team that advises and supports numerous clients on the autism spectrum and their parents as well as the professionals involved.

Elisha Jay Fringer

Elisha Jay Fringer is a secondary school teacher and has further training (CAS) in working with children and young people on the autism spectrum. Thanks to his many years of experience as a teacher in the classroom, as a successful entrepreneur and independent teacher in an individual setting and as a private individual with caregivers on the autism spectrum, he has a wealth of experience in the field of the autism spectrum, especially in the high-functioning area. He has already been able to support hundreds of pupils with a wide range of challenges. He has established important contacts with various private and public institutions in order to professionalize and expand his work with those affected.

Vreni Wetzel

Vreni Wetzel, a primary school teacher and special needs teacher, has been working with pupils with special needs for many years. She specialized early on in the area of the autism spectrum and acquired a broad knowledge to support those students in mainstream school classes who were not adequately supported in the school context. From then on, she worked at various public and private schools and institutions in the management of special education teams and was instrumental in setting up an award-winning center of excellence at a secondary school.
